Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from Wild Wipe Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Definitions

  • “Product” means any physical goods sold by Wild Wipe Ltd.
  • “Customer”, “you”, “your” means the person purchasing goods from us.
  • “Contract” means the legally binding agreement formed when you place an order and we accept it.

 

3. Ordering Process

  1. When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods.
  2. We will send an order confirmation email acknowledging your request.
  3. A contract is formed only once we dispatch your order.
  4. We may refuse or cancel an order if:
    • the item is out of stock
    • the payment fails or is flagged as suspicious
    • there is a pricing or product description error
    • we suspect misuse or fraudulent activity

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

 

4. Product Information

We make every effort to display product details, colours, and descriptions accurately. Minor variations may occur.

Wild Wipe is a hygiene product. Please read the usage and cleaning instructions carefully before use.

 

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
  • We accept major payment methods listed on our website.
  • Payment must be received in full before we dispatch any order.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders already placed.

 

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates provided by our couriers and are not guaranteed.
Full details can be found in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • courier issues
  • customs processing
  • incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Risk passes to you once the goods have been delivered.

 

7. Returns & Refunds

Your rights to return items are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7.1 Change of Mind – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under UK law, customers have 14 days to cancel an online order for any reason.

However, Wild Wipe is a sealed hygiene product.
Once the packaging seal is broken, the right to cancel no longer applies (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

We can only accept a change-of-mind return if:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

7.2 Faulty Goods – 30-Day Right to Reject

If an item is faulty or not as described, you have 30 days to request:

  • a refund, or
  • a replacement.

After 30 days, we may offer a repair or replacement at our discretion.

 

8. Hygiene & Safety

For customer safety and hygiene reasons:

  • We cannot accept returns of opened or used items unless faulty.
  • Wild Wipe is not a medical device and should not be used as such.
  • Customers must follow usage and cleaning instructions carefully.

 

9. International Orders

Customers outside the UK are responsible for:

  • import duties
  • customs fees
  • local taxes

Delays caused by customs are outside our control.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including product images, text, branding, and design — is property of Wild Wipe Ltd.

You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content without written permission.

 

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • consumer rights guaranteed by law

Subject to the above, we are not liable for:

  • losses arising from improper or unsafe use of the product
  • indirect or consequential losses
  • delays outside our control

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By purchasing from us, you consent to the handling of your data as described.

 

13. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • strikes
  • courier disruptions
  • extreme weather
  • supply chain issues
  • IT failures
  • pandemics or public health restrictions

If such events affect your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

 

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The version displayed on our website at the time of your order will apply to your contract.

 

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
