This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your order.
1. Order Processing Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within:
Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
If there is a delay, we will contact you by email.
2. Shipping Options & Costs
Shipping options will be shown at checkout. Costs vary based on your location.
UK Shipping:
- Standard delivery: 2–5 working days

International Shipping:
Available to selected countries.
Delivery times vary by location (typically 5–15 working days).
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
3. Delivery Timelines
Delivery times are estimates provided by our couriers.
Wild Wipe cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier issues
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing
- Incorrect address details provided by the customer
We will always support you if there is an issue with your delivery.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with:
- Your tracking number (if applicable)
- A link to track your parcel
Standard delivery may not include tracking in some regions.
5. Missing or Late Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:
- Please check your tracking link (if available)
- Contact the courier with your tracking number
- Contact us at hello@wildwipe.com if the courier cannot resolve the issue
We will work with you to ensure your order arrives safely.
6. Incorrect Address Details
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout.
Wild Wipe cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If the parcel is returned to us, we can:
- Resend it (postage fee may apply), or
- Refund the product cost (minus postage)
7. International Customs & Import Fees
For orders outside the UK:
- Customs fees, import taxes, and handling charges are set by your country
- These fees are the customer’s responsibility
- Delays may occur during customs inspection
Wild Wipe cannot influence or predict customs decisions.
8. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or you suspect it has been lost:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery)
We may request:
- Photos of any damage
- Packaging evidence
- Confirmation from the courier
We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
9. Pre-Orders & Backorders
If an item is listed as a pre-order or backorder:
- Expected shipping dates will be shown on the product page
- Your order will ship once all items are available
- You will receive email updates if delays occur
