Our Story

Our Journey

Wild Wipe is a reusable wiping product for women and people with female anatomy, allowing you to pee freely when hiking, festival-going, travelling, or whenever toilet paper isn't available. Launched in 2026, Wild Wipe has been in the making for years, and our team has been working hard to make this happen.

Our journey began with a simple problem every woman and girl knows all too well when outdoors – not having any loo roll. Caitlin Dean, our Founder, explains how these innovative, green feminine hygiene products came into being below.

In Our Founder's Words...

"As an avid camper and bushcraft enthusiast, I had tried every gadget on the market designed to help women wee outdoors while standing up. They all promised freedom, but in reality, they were fiddly, risky (one wrong move and it's a disaster), and frankly unnecessary. I've never minded squatting; I just hate having damp knickers, and I hate the idea of packing out used loo paper in my rucksack.

"Over the years, I noticed how quickly things could get uncomfortable if you couldn't wipe properly. On hiking and camping trips, other women would often come to me for advice as I started my career as a nurse, and because they were sore, smelly, or developing urinary tract infections after a few too many "drip dries".

"That's when I decided to make my own solution. I cut up an old bank card, rounded the edges, and created my first Wild Wipe. It worked perfectly - simple, hygienic, reusable, and small enough to slip in a pocket. I've never looked back since, and now I'm on a mission to share that same freedom and comfort with women everywhere."
